About the role
- Contribute to concept development with respect to color, materials and model application
- Independent design and development work in the area of jersey knitwear
- Create and refine creative artworks in Illustrator/Photoshop
- Create and maintain model sketches in the PDM (Product Data Management)
- Participate in collection meetings
- Prepare and hand over documentation for full production (mainline) as well as for PLV
- Prepare and request first samples and evaluate them
- Attend international fabric fairs and conduct research trips domestically and abroad
- Maintain a close, trust-based collaboration with suppliers
Requirements
- Degree in Fashion Design
- Several years of professional experience in jersey knitwear
- Strong trend awareness
- Strong sense of style and ability to define and maintain the collection’s design signature
- Jersey-specific quality, processing and technical knowledge
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Business-fluent German and English
- Structured and independent working style
