About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for a strategic client portfolio, acting as the communication connection between clients, Operations, Client Success, and other service lines
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships and drive business growth as part of R1 Client Delivery Leadership
- Responsible for new client implementation project management in coordination with other external departments
- Facilitate, and ensure consistency in, application of Client Delivery operating framework across aligned R1 solutions
- Ensure consistent service delivery, client satisfaction, and the resolution of complex issues
- Create, deliver and present all standard and ad hoc client facing reporting based on client need for assigned portfolio
- Manage and lead client meetings and take client meeting minutes
- Respond to client requests received via email and calls and manage client expectations
- Support Business Development initiatives by identifying additional business opportunities
- Provide case level feedback to clients as requested via email or SFTP and manage client information requests (documents, claim updates, etc)
- Perform data verification, create reports, deliver service results to clients and own People Leader responsibilities
- Promote a supportive and positive team culture that aligns with R1’s values
Requirements
- 7+ years of client facing experience in Hospital Revenue Cycle Management
- Change Management experience
- Experience working in large hospital systems
- US-based position
