About the role
- Help patients check into the hospital
- Answer questions during registration
- Collect information accurately and quickly
- Listen to patients' fears, concerns, and questions
- Work on computers and answer phones in a busy environment
- Collect details for physician and nurse check-ins
- Work across multiple programs and types as quickly as patients talk
- Assist patients who may be ill or worried

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
- Medical experience (preferred)
