- As our Denials & AR Manager , you will be responsible for the appropriate management of the department’s accounts, inventory, and workflows as well as employee development, recruitment, client meetings, and auditing for all account inventory.
- Every day, you will oversee the areas of end-to-end revenue cycle operations - enterprise side, inventory management, employee training and development, process and case audits, and management of the department's Supervisor(s) and Leads.
- Successful applicants will have experience in managing multiple health systems’ inventories and have experience working with domestic and global teams, have experience with intermediate+ level MS Excel experience.
Requirements
- Have experience training and coaching other team members, along with identifying and recommending coaching and/or remediation plans.
- Have in-depth experience in accounts receivables, denials and appeals, including working with high-dollar/complex claims, inventory management experience, and experience with multiple clients/shifting priorities.
- Have a deep understanding of workflows.
- Experienced in people leadership at a manager level within an end-to-end enterprise revenue cycle services organization.
- Experience with managing multiple health systems' inventory.
