About the role
- Define and communicate DataPulse's product vision and strategy, aligning with organizational goals
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, using Agile methodologies for feature development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features
- Lead product development with the team for timely delivery
- Monitor product performance and feedback for improvements
- Participate in the full software development life cycle
- Present product status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership
- Review technical solutions and conduct demos for stakeholders
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years in product management, preferably in data quality
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
- Committed to high-level service delivery
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced SQL experience (complex queries, data transformations, etc.)
- Familiarity with data quality tools and techniques such as data profiling, cleansing, and data validation.
- Understanding of cloud-based data systems such as Airflow, Snowflake or Databricks is a plus
- Experience with Azure Devops, or related product management tools.
