Proven ability to code and ship small projects independently—whether through personal projects, bootcamps, or professional work—demonstrating the ability to prototype features without constant engineering support.
Strong ability to define measurable outcomes and quality benchmarks for AI solutions.
Comfort with technical problem-solving, including writing and testing code, using APIs, and working closely with engineers to refine prototypes and bring solutions to scale.
Growth mindset with a bias toward experimentation, iteration, and systems thinking.
Excellent collaboration skills—able to align stakeholders across technical and business functions.
