• System administration for VMWare, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office 365, Citrix, NetApp storage, backup systems and telephone systems
• Design, installation and maintenance of our Microsoft server operating systems in a virtual environment
• Ensuring 24/7 system availability
• Participation in IT projects as well as cross-departmental projects within the corporate group
• Handling incoming IT incidents in 2nd-level support
• Supporting employees with IT issues in the business units
• Planning and coordination of external service providers.
