- help improve retention especially for larger accounts
- build robust expansion & cross selling motion
- build and own the strategy for the customer success team
- work with our Revenue Team to contribute to company revenue goals
- collaborate with RevOps team and Head of Sales
- shape important product releases with our product team
- build and grow an excellent team
Requirements
- history of leading high performing customer success teams at SaaS companies
- core of the job excellently (not just a manager)
- comfortable with data and understand the fundamental metrics that drive a SaaS business
- hire A+ people to your team
- energy from coaching and growing your team
- existing playbooks for Onboarding, Expansion, Renewals, Churn deflection but adaptable if the situation requires it
- comfortable working remote and managing a mostly remote team
- Bonus Points if experience working with Payments before
- fully remote role for folks based on the West Coast of the United States of America
- possible to work from anywhere in the PST timezone
