Provide day-to-day operational support to the CS team, ensuring efficient use of systems, processes, and playbooks
Own the design, implementation, and upkeep of dashboards and reports to support CS team visibility, leadership alignment, and strategic readouts for QBRs/EBRs
Ensure data accuracy across systems (Salesforce, Catalyst, Looker, Snowflake) and serve as the technical point of contact for CS tools
Conduct customer base analyses to surface trends, retention risks, and upsell opportunities
Implement processes, workflows, and email campaigns to support strategic initiatives and drive revenue retention
Manage key CS projects, acting as the operational lead on cross-functional initiatives
Work cross-functionally with leaders in CS, Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance to drive customer outcomes and improve internal efficiency
Scale and optimize the global Customer Success organization through data, systems, and process improvements
Requirements
5+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations (SaaS & AI experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of CS metrics and data analysis
Proficiency with Salesforce, Catalyst, Looker, Snowflake, and Excel/Sheets
Track record of cross-functional collaboration with CS, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance
Can demonstrate an ability to manage complex tasks with multiple stakeholders independently
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, highly organized, and analytical
