About the role

  • Align Marketing and Sales efforts to best position Qvest US as domain experts within new sub-segments
  • Architect and execute the strategy for non-studio verticals (e.g., Gaming, Sports, Music Tech), identifying unique pain points where our technical IP provides a competitive edge
  • Oversee the pursuit of complex, high-value digital transformation engagements, ensuring our team speaks the language of industry C-Suite
  • Personally leads the pursuit and closing of "Tier 1" accounts in new sub-segments
  • Shift the culture from farming (referral-based) to proactive (hunting). You will build a "cold-to-close" engine that targets new logos
  • Strengthen partnerships with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud’s M&E divisions to drive co-sell opportunities in emerging tech sectors
  • Develop and implement sales metrics and performance targets, regularly monitoring sales activity, pipelines, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement
  • Unify Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations into a single, aligned revenue engine with shared goals, processes, and metrics

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience, specifically within B2B/ Professional Services/ Systems Integrator firm
  • Deep familiarity with the Media & Entertainment lifecycle (production to distribution)
  • Proven success in taking a service offering from a core market into adjacent verticals. You should have a "playbook" for entering new sub-segments
  • An active "rolodex" of decision-makers within Gaming, Streaming, or Professional Sports organizations
  • Proven ability to work with strategic partners to successfully grow revenue through alliances and channels
  • Track record of success in dealing with RFPs and tenders as well as in closing deals with key media and digital players and Fortune 500 corporations
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, or similar)
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
