Graphics Designer

• Communicate with executive and take concepts to create executive presentations
• Help develop and maintain a strong visual brand in support of the marketing manager and business stakeholders
• Work on planned and ad hoc design projects based on department goals and stakeholder needs
• Work across mediums to produce creative assets including: website graphics, iconography, digital design for owned and social media, booth design and layout for events
• Efficiently leverage internal and third party resources to support creative production
• Design and maintain presentation templates for the marketing team and internal clients
• Produce graphic design of proposals and presentations developed on Google Slides
• Contribute to design strategy for owned media content
• Develop and maintain a US inventory of creative assets including templates in Canva
• Update the Qvest website content and creative in Typo3
• Edit videos for various channels, incorporating light video editing and animation capabilities
• Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and incorporate client feedback into your creative process

• Develop and execute Qvest’s internal technology timeline in alignment with overall business strategy
• Oversee the successful execution of all technology projects, ensuring delivery on time, in scope and within budget
• Oversee the management and optimization of Qvest’s technology infrastructure, ensuring that systems are secure, reliable and scalable
• Manage risks, issues and bugs, providing transparency of issue status and creating a process of timely resolution
• Support Leadership in developing an annual technology budget and manage to the budget throughout the year
• Ensure that all systems comply with compliance regulations and industry standards
• Maintain security of all technology systems to protect company & client data
• Report regularly to senior leadership on technology strategy, project status, and performance metrics
