Reporting to the Operations Manager, manage the tactical functionality of the department and be responsible for fulfillment center goals for your team.
Work onsite and coach and develop team to encourage an engaged and safe team.
Develop and administer operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, product handling/disposition, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Network and consult with corporate/site resources and facilities staff to ensure low-cost efficiencies and high service levels.
Build a positive, motivating, engaged culture by modeling QVC Group Values and operating principles.
Review operations to identify improvements for cost reduction, increased speed, and improved customer service.
Oversee daily operations for assigned area and partner with other departments.
Identify, report, and communicate trends and irregularities to the Department Manager and develop corrective plans.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or retail environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
