About the role
- Report directly to the Internal Communications Lead.
- Work with multiple stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Digital Content, Crews ...).
- Support with translation and proofreading of company communication.
- Support in the implementation of internal communication campaigns.
- Support in the organization of internal employee events.
- Collaborate with different departments to prepare company events (e.g. town halls).
- Draft editorial contributions and internal communications (e.g. intranet articles, newsletters).
- Support for the creation of reports, presentations and image databases.
- Searches and administrative tasks.
- Join the team in HQ in Brugherio (MB) working with colleagues all over the world.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
- English and Italian fluency is mandatory.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva and PowerPoint (Office Suite).
- Strong expressiveness in both written and oral communication.
- Curiosity and creativity, with an interest in new technologies and communication channels.
- Experience in using digital content creation tools or interest in tools for content development would be a valuable asset to the role.
