Communications

• Report directly to the Internal Communications Lead.
• Work with multiple stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Digital Content, Crews ...).
• Support with translation and proofreading of company communication.
• Support in the implementation of internal communication campaigns.
• Support in the organization of internal employee events.
• Collaborate with different departments to prepare company events (e.g. town halls).
• Draft editorial contributions and internal communications (e.g. intranet articles, newsletters).
• Support for the creation of reports, presentations and image databases.
• Searches and administrative tasks.
• Join the team in HQ in Brugherio (MB) working with colleagues all over the world.
