At Hot Topic, help bring new and emerging pop-culture brands to life across digital, retail, and social channels.
Coordinate the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns for new and emerging brands across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
Partner with creative, merchandising, e-commerce, and social teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand voice.
Attend meetings and liaise with internal/external partners to manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables for assigned brands.
Assist in developing creative briefs and campaign toolkits for emerging brands; coordinate asset requests, photo/video shoots, and creative approvals.
Support social media content planning and partner with internal/external teams to increase emerging brand awareness.
Gather and distribute campaign performance metrics (engagement, sales lift, traffic, ROI, dashboards) to stakeholders and share observations to inform future planning.
Serve as primary liaison between the marketing team and merchant partners; support collaboration with external partners, agencies, licensors, and local event vendor coordination; attend on-site for local events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or retail coordination (internships included).
Experience with project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Knowledge of digital and social media marketing best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront).
