About the role
- Architect and execute scalable, automated outbound workflows powered by Clay, Smartlead, and other best-in-class tools
- Design and launch signal-based campaigns that increase prospect engagement and pipeline creation
- Build and refine lead scoring models and lead routing rules to optimize follow-up and conversion
- Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, and Sales leadership to align GTM systems and workflows to revenue goals
- Evaluate and integrate new AI-powered automation tools into the GTM stack
- Develop repeatable playbooks for outbound campaigns, data enrichment, and pipeline attribution
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and areas to improve
- Train BDRs and marketers on best practices for leveraging automation and AI-driven tools
- Ensure compliance and data hygiene across systems while scaling outbound efforts
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in GTM operations, sales engineering, or growth-focused RevOps roles
- Proven experience building automated outbound campaigns with tools like Clay, Smartlead, or similar
- Strong systems thinker with ability to design, document, and optimize workflows that scale
- Experience with lead scoring, lead routing, and pipeline attribution
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
- Data-driven approach with ability to measure, analyze, and optimize GTM programs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
