Senior Product Designer

Business Development Rep

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers to create a strong pipeline of opportunities for our Account Executive team
• Research target accounts, executing personalized outreach, and connect with prospects via email, phone, and social channels
• Manage outbound prospecting efforts through sequences, calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and assess fit

Business Development Representative

Product Marketing

• Architect and execute scalable, automated outbound workflows powered by Clay, Smartlead, and other best-in-class tools
• Design and launch signal-based campaigns that increase prospect engagement and pipeline creation
• Build and refine lead scoring models and lead routing rules to optimize follow-up and conversion
• Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, and Sales leadership to align GTM systems and workflows to revenue goals
• Evaluate and integrate new AI-powered automation tools into the GTM stack
• Develop repeatable playbooks for outbound campaigns, data enrichment, and pipeline attribution
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and areas to improve
• Train BDRs and marketers on best practices for leveraging automation and AI-driven tools
• Ensure compliance and data hygiene across systems while scaling outbound efforts

GTM Engineer

Events

• Execute both virtual and in-person events supporting revenue growth
• Successfully execute 6 to 10 in-person and virtual events per quarter with measurable pipeline and brand impact
• Build and maintain a forward-looking events calendar aligned with GTM priorities and seasonal business rhythms
• Develop repeatable event processes for promotion, internal comms, and post-event reporting and content creation
• Establish strong working relationships with executives, sales, CS, partnerships, and product teams
• Track, measure, and report on event performance, including registrations, engagement, lead generation, and ROI
• Coordinate logistics for upcoming events (schedules, vendors, travel, registrations)
• Publish pre- and post-event social and email messaging
• Write and edit abstracts, bios, and session descriptions for speakers
• Create post-event content (blog recaps, social posts)
• Prepare speakers with materials and rehearsals
• Support executives with travel and speaking engagement logistics

Marketing Events Coordinator

Account Executive

• Run a full end-to-end sales cycle - from opportunity generation through contract signature
• Guide potential new customers through an evaluation of QuotaPath, with an emphasis on consultation around compensation plan design and visibility into commissions earned
• Act as a trusted compensation design & commissions advisor to potential new customers
• Partner with Sales Engineering to show potential new customers how their compensation plans will fit within QuotaPath
• Help potential new customers build their comp plans within QuotaPath to test how the product will work for them
• Escalate product feedback from potential customers to our product team for prioritization
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to evolve our messaging with potential customers based on what’s resonating in conversations
• Report directly to the VP of Sales and receive consistent 1-on-1 coaching and growth opportunities
• Use and demonstrate QuotaPath and related sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Qwilr, DocuSign)

Senior Account Executive

• Work directly with prospective customers to demo the QuotaPath platform and advise on compensation plan design
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound tactics
• Run a full end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity generation through contract signature
• Guide potential customers through evaluation of QuotaPath with emphasis on compensation plan design and commission visibility
• Act as a trusted compensation design & commissions advisor to potential new customers
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to demonstrate how compensation plans fit within QuotaPath
• Help potential customers build and test comp plans within QuotaPath
• Escalate product feedback from prospects to the product team for prioritization
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to evolve messaging based on customer conversations

Sales Engineer

• Become a Product Expert: Deeply understand the QuotaPath platform, its technical architecture, and its integration capabilities to effectively demonstrate its value.
• Drive Technical Wins: Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and design tailored solutions to meet prospect-specific needs.
• Build Trusting Relationships: Engage with key technical and business stakeholders (including Sales Operations, Finance, and Sales Leaders) to understand their compensation challenges and show how QuotaPath solves them.
• Configure and Customize: Build and present bespoke demo environments that accurately reflect complex commission plans, quota structures, and intricate data workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the critical link between the Sales and Implementation teams, ensuring smooth hand-offs by documenting technical requirements, communicating the proposed solution, and setting clear onboarding expectations.
• Simplify the Complex: Translate technical details of commission plan design and data integrations into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Full-stack Engineer
