Full-stack Engineer

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and the squad to ship impactful features and milestones
• Work closely with designers to build seamless, intuitive user experiences
• Support and onboard newer team members
• Scope and estimate work with the tech lead, aligning tasks with business objectives
• Write quality, tested code to deliver maintainable and scalable solutions
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to code quality, documentation, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
• Participate in hackathons, guilds, engineering jams, code reviews, and planning conversations
• Leverage AI coding assistants and internal automations while owning the quality and correctness of shipped work
