About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Product, Design, and the squad to ship impactful features and milestones
Work closely with designers to build seamless, intuitive user experiences
Support and onboard newer team members
Scope and estimate work with the tech lead, aligning tasks with business objectives
Write quality, tested code to deliver maintainable and scalable solutions
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to code quality, documentation, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
Participate in hackathons, guilds, engineering jams, code reviews, and planning conversations
Leverage AI coding assistants and internal automations while owning the quality and correctness of shipped work

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in software engineering
Solid understanding of frontend and backend development
Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Python
Passion for building products through the full life cycle, from ideation to maintenance
Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and wear multiple hats
Comfortable using AI coding assistants and working alongside automations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
