About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of four across multiple time zones, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Translate the Global Workplace Strategy into actionable operational roadmaps for a portfolio of 15+ offices across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Partner with the Head of Real Estate on lease administrations, site selections, and large-scale capital projects or office build-outs.
- Develop and enforce global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facilities, security, and guest management to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence worldwide.
- Oversee the global workplace tech stack, including occupancy planning tools, security systems, and the optimization of JIRA service desk workflows.
- Drive vendor and procurement strategy by managing high-level relationships with global vendors and landlords, negotiating contracts and SLAs to optimize spend.
- Ensure global compliance across all locations regarding local health, safety, and building regulations, maintaining a high standard of risk management.
- Design and oversee departmental audit schedules to ensure data integrity in employee directories, workplace attendance tracking, and operational platforms.
- Act as the executive owner of the Global Culture Club, ensuring internal events and engagement initiatives align with Quantcast’s core values and hybrid work philosophy.
- Strategize internal workplace branding and communications, ensuring "The Hub" and Slack channels serve as effective tools for global employee connection.
- Identify and eliminate friction points in the hybrid employee experience, implementing scalable solutions that support both productivity and collaboration.
- Contribute to global budgeting and financial planning for the workplace operations department, ensuring efficient resource allocation across all regions.
Requirements
- 7+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Workplace Management, Facilities, or Operations, with at least 3 years in a regional or global leadership capacity.
- Global Mindset: Experience managing distributed teams and diverse real estate portfolios across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to move between high-level real estate strategy and the nuances of daily operational execution.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in workplace SaaS (occupancy tools, ticketing systems, security platforms) and Google Workspace. Comfortable optimizing work with Gemini.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects, from office moves to global software rollouts.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
