About the role

  • Own the top of the funnel — develop, qualify, and convert new enterprise opportunities in target sectors
  • Lead consultative, insight-driven sales engagements that reframe client challenges and position Quantanite’s AI-human solutions as transformative
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and Solutions & Transformation team to design customized proposals and commercial models that tie directly to client outcomes
  • Shape the narrative — help evolve our positioning in the US market through thought leadership, networking, and strategic event participation
  • Build executive relationships with senior decision-makers across Operations, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and Procurement
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and solutioning through to contract closure and handover to delivery
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy through data-driven reporting and CRM hygiene
  • Act as a brand ambassador — embody Quantanite’s contrarian, AI-first ethos in every conversation and partnership

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience in Outsourcing, BPO, CX, or tech-enabled services
  • Deep understanding of one or more of our focus industries: retail/eCommerce, food on demand, online travel, technology/SaaS, or home services
  • Proven success selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with long sales cycles and enterprise-level decision processes
  • A consultative mindset — comfortable diagnosing operational pain points and co-creating transformation roadmaps with clients
  • Strong grasp of AI, automation, and data-driven operations — able to translate technical potential into commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for making complex ideas accessible and persuasive
  • High integrity, entrepreneurial drive, and a growth mindset.
