About the role
- Deep dive into all loan administration tasks; servicing a borrower’s request for a payment plan or a debt certificate, preparing the contractual agreements, implementing restructurings in the system, handling payments or payment reversals, using the State platforms, etc.
- Define requirements to optimize the borrower’s journey during the restructuring loan cycle;
- Challenge the team and the working group to optimize the effectiveness of each process;
- Monitor and report productivity and performance;
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Maximum 6-9 years of experience in the banking sector or Servicers.
- Familiarity with the core activities of Loan Administration;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Excellence in Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint presentations;
- Studies in business administration, finance, STEM, or any related field; a master’s degree will be considered an asset.
- To embrace change and to be alert for new ideas and process improvements;
- To analyze and combine data and information, to achieve the desired outcome;
