Administrative Assistant

• Serve as the first point of contact for office-related queries and needs
• Ensure the office is organized, well-stocked, and operating smoothly
• Coordinate with vendors, building management, and cleaning services
• Plan and support company-wide events, team lunches, and off-sites
• Prepare onboarding materials and desk setups for new hires
• Assist with administrative tasks, including travel bookings, scheduling, and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve office operations, workflows, and overall employee experience
• Support the HR team with tasks such as maintaining employee records, surveys, and data entry
• Proactively take ownership of initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative office environment
• Work in a hybrid setup (three days in office) to support a fast-paced startup environment

• Establish the statistical foundation behind Quandri’s AI and analytics work
• Design and execute experiments, hypothesis testing, and causal inference studies
• Review and validate statistical methods used across ML/AI teams and oversee production model performance
• Lead exploratory analysis to uncover business opportunities and measure customer impact
• Build predictive models, forecasting, impact analysis, and systems to support decision-making
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, AI Engineers, MLOps, and Software Engineers to deliver production systems and analysis
