About the role

Establish the statistical foundation behind Quandri’s AI and analytics work
Design and execute experiments, hypothesis testing, and causal inference studies
Review and validate statistical methods used across ML/AI teams and oversee production model performance
Lead exploratory analysis to uncover business opportunities and measure customer impact
Build predictive models, forecasting, impact analysis, and systems to support decision-making
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, AI Engineers, MLOps, and Software Engineers to deliver production systems and analysis

Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Data Science, Statistics, Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
4-7 years of experience in data science roles with proven track record of driving business impact through analytics
Advanced proficiency in Python/R, SQL, statistical/mathematical modeling, machine learning, data analysis, and experimental design
Strong foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series, and causal inference methodologies
Experience translating business problems into analytical questions and communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, collaborate across teams, lead projects from concept to delivery, and inspire others through strong leadership
Experience in agile, fast moving, and high impact business environments preferred
Bonus: Experience in the insurance industry or with insurance technology products.
