About the role
- Own the solutions consulting function — build it from scratch, define the playbook, and establish how Quandri delivers change and success for enterprise agencies.
- Partner with sales in enterprise deals — join discovery calls, map customer workflows, design tailored solutions, and present compelling technical and business cases that demonstrate clear ROI
- Translate agency complexity into actionable plans — take the chaos of how large insurance agencies operate and architect a clear implementation roadmap using Quandri's platform.
- Drive expansion revenue — work with existing enterprise customers to identify new use cases and solutions.
- Advise on adoption and change management — partner with Implementation and Customer Success to help large agencies successfully adopt Quandri.
- Be the voice of the customer internally.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of insurance agency operations
- Experience in enterprise solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical sales
- Comfort with complexity
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to drive change
- Builder mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Bonus points if you have experience with Applied Epic or Vertafore AMS360
- Background in insurtech, or selling/implementing technology into insurance agencies
