Requirements
8+ years of product design experience, with significant leadership experience in B2B SaaS products at senior IC level
Proven track record of building design systems from scratch and scaling design functions at high-growth, venture-backed companies
Strong experience designing AI-powered products, with good understanding of machine learning workflows, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation
Demonstrated ability to design complex, enterprise-level interfaces and transform complicated workflows into intuitive experiences
Advanced user research and analytical skills with experience driving strategic design decisions through data
Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills, with ability to align executive teams and drive organizational change
Experience building and leading high-performing design teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Portfolio demonstrating strategic systems thinking and ability to create consistency across multiple complex products
