About the role
- Lead the design and delivery of rail and transit infrastructure projects
- Manage multidisciplinary design teams and ensure design deliverables meet client requirements
- Serve as a key client interface, building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Provide technical review, quality assurance, and risk management for all design deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in BC, or eligibility for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)
- 10+ years of experience in engineering design, with significant leadership on rail or transit infrastructure projects
- Experience working with public transit agencies (e.g., TransLink, BCRTC, BC Transit, or similar) is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in business development, proposal preparation, client engagement, and project delivery
