About the role
- Create and execute a forward-thinking global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business vision and growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse global TA team of ~40 professionals (recruiting managers, recruiters, sourcers, coordinators).
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and report directly to the Chief People Officer.
- Lead adoption of AI and emerging technologies to streamline processes and improve candidate experience.
- Build and strengthen cross-functional partnerships with Talent Brand, People Data, People Development and Enablement, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and FP&A.
- Drive operational excellence using data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Own and manage the global TA budget with discipline and creativity.
- Invest in upskilling and enablement for the TA team to raise delivery across assessment, sourcing, offer acceptance, and data hygiene.
- Allocate recruiting resources by function and region to meet changing business needs.
- Champion a world-class candidate experience and drive diversity recruiting initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a global organization (ideally in the tech industry).
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition teams in a global context and managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, diversity recruiting, and candidate experience improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience utilizing recruitment analytics and metrics to drive decision-making and enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability within a team.
- Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and commitment to diversifying the talent pool.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Talent Brand, People Data, People Development and Enablement, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and FP&A.
- Flexibility to accommodate global time zones.
- Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies in recruiting (preferred).
