About the role
- Coordinate scheduling for the commercial team: meetings with health system executives, internal syncs, and cross-functional working sessions
- Manage conference and event logistics end-to-end, including registration, travel coordination, booth setup, and post-event follow-up
- Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene, ensuring records are accurate, contacts are current, and deal stages reflect reality
- Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and supporting materials for prospect and partner meetings
- Support the creation and formatting of commercial materials (decks, proposals, one-pagers) as needed
- Track action items from meetings and ensure follow-through across the team
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve how the commercial team operates day-to-day
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role, ideally at a startup or fast-paced professional environment
- Are exceptionally organized and reliable. Nothing falls through the cracks
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
- Are comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and standard business software
- Take initiative. You see what needs to happen and do it without waiting to be asked
