About the role
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing operations
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Map out complex business processes
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks
- Create detailed implementation plans
- Develop comprehensive project plans
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders
- Lead and motivate project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business/Process Analysis or Project Management
- Strong background in statistical analysis
- Familiarity with process improvement software
- Proficiency in using process modeling tools
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
