About the role
- Support the Transformation Office and initiative leaders in planning for and measuring the impact of strategic projects
- Glean meaningful insights and develop business recommendations from complex financial and operational data sets
- Create reporting for management and the board
- Develop business cases and cost / value analyses
- Quantify and track financial benefit impact of strategic projects
- Support management of resources and budgets
- Communicate findings succinctly and effectively with stakeholders and senior leaders in written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Secure executive buy-in
- Conduct workflow improvement analyses end-to-end, including opportunity identification, on-site observation, and opportunity identification
- Develop and document workflow improvement recommendations
- Oversee the implementation of workflow improvement initiatives
- Manage change by supporting and educating stakeholders and impacted team members
- Support the development of project requirements, scope, and schedules; managing these independently for select projects
- Ensure owned projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting quality standards and financial objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science/analytics, business administration, or finance, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, operational efficiency, finance, or project management
- Deep experience in data modeling and financial analysis
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills
- Experience managing resources and budgets
- Experience identifying and mitigating risks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fully-remote or hybrid work environment
- Ability to manage change by influence
- Proficiency in PowerBI and other data reporting systems
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Project management experience preferred
