Lead the planning and execution of team-wide celebrations & milestones that drive connection, alignment, recognition and fun across the organization
Partner with stakeholders and internal partners (e.g., HR, Communications, Tower COS and leaders) across the organization to develop and execute culture initiatives and projects that foster stronger team connections, support inclusivity, and reinforce our core values.
Track and report on engagement and development efforts to understand impact and identify areas for continuous improvement
Serve as a culture ambassador—championing values, team norms, celebrating wins, and helping leaders connect with their teams in meaningful ways
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management OR Chief of Staff OR Process Management OR Communications
