About the role
- Assist Illingworth Research Group with the management of research nurse projects
- Maintain effective communication with staff, client companies, vendors, and other external organizations
- Undertake training and mentorship duties as required
- Work across both Project Start-up and Project delivery phases
- Be first point of contact for clients and project issues
- Setup and day-to-day running of allocated RN projects
- Maintain and share knowledge of all relevant guidance, regulations, and procedures
- Support the recruitment team in selecting suitable personnel for projects
- Develop and review research nursing-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with Policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and country regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain study project trackers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in clinical research
- Demonstratable project management experience
- Ability to work effectively and independently or collaboratively to tight timelines
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Good working knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
