About the role
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, advertising platforms, and performance marketing teams
- Support partners throughout the activation process and maintain strong, ongoing relationships
- Manage and optimize various affiliate models, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Lot structures
- Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven optimizations
- Assist in negotiations and deal structuring in collaboration with internal teams
- Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to business expansion and scaling initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within Forex, trading, or fintech
- Proven experience working with affiliate and B2B partnership models
- Experience identifying, approaching, and onboarding partners such as IBs, affiliate teams, media sources, and advertisers
- Understanding of how regulated brokers operate is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills with confidence in negotiations and deal-closing processes
- Proactive mindset with a structured and results-driven approach
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher; Russian language proficiency will be considered an advantage
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Cyprus
- Motivation to grow professionally and contribute to building a product from scratch
