About the role

  • Serve as the prime lead to a line of business working closely with key leaders.
  • Identify value and connection within Enabling Operations as defined from the customer’s perspective.
  • Align activities and resources around value creation and support to the LOB.
  • Develop and maintain optimal relationships with operating partners and cross functional teams.
  • Streamline communications between multiple organizations.
  • Handle communications, conflict resolution, and incident response.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key LOB leaders and team.
  • Utilize a consultative approach and data analysis to create value and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with lines of business representatives and leaders.
  • Manage projects and resolve obstacles to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of Tableau and internal data tables
  • Proven experience in a liaison or related role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
