About the role
- Serve as the prime lead to a line of business working closely with key leaders.
- Identify value and connection within Enabling Operations as defined from the customer’s perspective.
- Align activities and resources around value creation and support to the LOB.
- Develop and maintain optimal relationships with operating partners and cross functional teams.
- Streamline communications between multiple organizations.
- Handle communications, conflict resolution, and incident response.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key LOB leaders and team.
- Utilize a consultative approach and data analysis to create value and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with lines of business representatives and leaders.
- Manage projects and resolve obstacles to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Tableau and internal data tables
- Proven experience in a liaison or related role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
