Align activities and resources around value creation and support to the LOB.
Develop and maintain optimal relationships with operating partners and cross functional teams.
Streamline communications between multiple organizations.
Handle communications, conflict resolution, and incident response.
Cultivate strong relationships with key LOB leaders and team.
Utilize a consultative approach and data analysis to create value and implement solutions.
Collaborate with lines of business representatives and leaders.
Manage projects and resolve obstacles to streamline operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge in the use of Tableau and internal data tables
Proven experience in a liaison or related role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, policies, and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization.
Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
