About the role

Requirements

  • Sales Enablement Leadership: Strong experience in a dedicated Sales Enablement role, preferably supporting an Enterprise Sales or Solution Sales team in the B2B IT/Technology/Consulting space.
  • Sales Methodology Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience implementing and coaching one or more formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling).
  • Consultancy/Technical Acumen: Proven ability to understand and translate complex technical services (e.g., cloud, AI, digital transformation, software engineering) into clear, compelling sales narratives and training programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to partner with and influence Sales VPs, Sales Managers, and individual contributors to drive behavior change.
  • CRM/Enablement Tools: Hands-on proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Enablement platforms/LMS for content management and training.
