About the role
- Google Cloud Partner Manager to be the primary bridge between Qodea and Google Cloud’s UKI organisation.
- Align Qodea’s unique capabilities with Google’s strategic goals.
- Drive mutual growth through a deep understanding of the Google Partner Network program and co-selling methods.
Requirements
- Strategic Alignment: Build and execute a joint business plan (JBP) with Google Cloud, ensuring Qodea’s offerings (Data, AI, Security, Infra) are front-of-mind for Google’s Account Executives (AEs) and Partner Development Managers (PDMs).
- Co-Sell Leadership: Drive "Partner Sourced" and "Partner Influenced" revenue by identifying opportunities early and navigating the Google Cloud co-sell motion (Deal Registration, Funding Requests, and Marketplace).
- Ecosystem Navigation: Act as the subject matter expert on Google’s internal organizational structure, understanding how to map Qodea’s technical experts to Google’s industry pods.
- Outcome Focus: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including pipeline velocity, win rates, and partner-sourced ACV.
- Enablement and Advocacy: Educate Google teams on Qodea’s differentiators (e.g., our status as a Global Strategic Cyber Security Partner) while keeping internal Qodea teams updated on Google’s latest incentives and program changes.
- You are a "doer" who understands that the best partnerships are built on trust and tangible results.
- You know your way around a Google Cloud scorecard and aren't afraid to dive into the data to prove value.
- Google Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working within or alongside Google Cloud. You must understand Google Partner Network, Competencies (Specializations) and the nuances of the Google UKI sales culture.
- Outcome Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets through channel/partner-led motions.
- Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into "Go-To-Market" (GTM) messaging that resonates with both Google sales teams and C-suite clients.
- Location: Based in London or the Home Counties, with the ability to travel to Qodea’s London office (Chancery Lane) and Google’s London offices regularly for high-touch collaboration.
- Existing relationships within Google Cloud UKI.
- Experience with the Google Cloud Marketplace and commercial deal structuring.
- Knowledge of specific industries such as Financial Services, Retail, or the Public Sector.
