About the role

  • Reduce the administrative workload of the sales team by managing high volume tasks.
  • Ensure smooth operational support across renewals, licensing, financial administration, and quote management.
  • Allow the sales team to focus on high value client interactions.
  • Enable the sales team to focus on strategic client engagement by ensuring operational efficiency and timely execution of administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Monitor and manage automated checks and queries for bronze-tier accounts to ensure timely renewals.
  • Handle daily adhoc license requests submitted via Zendesk, ensuring accurate and prompt fulfillment.
  • Manage simple third-party renewals, including CloudM, Chrome, Meet, BetterCloud and GAP.
  • Address invoice queries related to bronze renewals.
  • Create purchase orders for third party services using standard sheet templates.
  • Generate small adhoc and hardware quotes by liaising with vendors and procuring alongside customers as needed.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CSM.
  • A highly motivated attitude to targets.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and proactive approach to completing assigned tasks. Must also be comfortable working to deadlines.
  • Healthy negotiation and interpersonal problem solving skills.
  • Happy to go the extra mile for business and customer needs.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and building lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, Google and external clients.
  • Proven experience in sales, sales support, operations coordination, or customer service roles.
  • Strong mathematical or spreadsheet skills. Ability to navigate a spreadsheet template and make adjustments to formulas is essential.
