About the role
- Reduce the administrative workload of the sales team by managing high volume tasks.
- Ensure smooth operational support across renewals, licensing, financial administration, and quote management.
- Allow the sales team to focus on high value client interactions.
- Enable the sales team to focus on strategic client engagement by ensuring operational efficiency and timely execution of administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Monitor and manage automated checks and queries for bronze-tier accounts to ensure timely renewals.
- Handle daily adhoc license requests submitted via Zendesk, ensuring accurate and prompt fulfillment.
- Manage simple third-party renewals, including CloudM, Chrome, Meet, BetterCloud and GAP.
- Address invoice queries related to bronze renewals.
- Create purchase orders for third party services using standard sheet templates.
- Generate small adhoc and hardware quotes by liaising with vendors and procuring alongside customers as needed.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CSM.
- A highly motivated attitude to targets.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and proactive approach to completing assigned tasks. Must also be comfortable working to deadlines.
- Healthy negotiation and interpersonal problem solving skills.
- Happy to go the extra mile for business and customer needs.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, Google and external clients.
- Proven experience in sales, sales support, operations coordination, or customer service roles.
- Strong mathematical or spreadsheet skills. Ability to navigate a spreadsheet template and make adjustments to formulas is essential.
