About the role

  • Define and execute the IAM product roadmap covering authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and access governance.
  • Drive adoption of modern authentication standards such as passwordless authentication, adaptive MFA, and risk-based authentication.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance security posture while improving user experience across digital channels.
  • Lead delivery of core IAM capabilities including: Authentication (Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Adaptive / Risk-Based Authentication, Passwordless Authentication)
  • Access Management (Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Federation, Role Based Access Control, Attribute Based Access Control)
  • Secure Access & Browsing (Secure browsing and session protection, Continuous authentication, Behavioral analytics driven access decisions)
  • Work with cybersecurity and risk teams to implement risk-based authentication models that dynamically adjust authentication requirements based on: Device posture, Location and network, User behavior, Transaction risk
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (PCI, SOC2, NIST, Zero Trust architecture principles).
  • Define and manage product backlog, epics, and user stories for IAM initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure secure and scalable implementation.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Evaluate and integrate leading IAM platforms such as: Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, CyberArk.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or platform leadership
  • 5+ years working with Identity & Access Management platforms
  • Experience delivering enterprise authentication and access solutions
  • Strong understanding of: Authentication & Identity Standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, FIDO2 / Passkeys, WebAuthn)
  • IAM Capabilities (Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Adaptive / Risk Based Authentication, Passwordless authentication, Identity federation, Privileged Access Management)
  • Security Architecture (Zero Trust security model, Identity lifecycle management, Secure session management)
