About the role
- Develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external benchmarks.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and testing procedures ensuring full end-to-end coverage.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and build quality into every phase.
- Identify, record, and track defects through to resolution; perform thorough regression testing.
- Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and testing efficiency.
- Work across multiple browsers and environments ensuring smooth performance across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with strong expertise in Manual Testing.
- Solid understanding of QA concepts — test plans, cases, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience testing Policy Management or Claims Management Systems.
- Insurance domain expertise – P&C, Specialty Insurance, or related fields.
- Familiar with policy lifecycle, specialty industries (Construction, Oil & Gas, Regional Trucking), and lines like E&S, Surety, Professional & Management Liability.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across remote/global teams.
- Familiarity with Agile environments, Azure DevOps, and basics of Java or other programming languages.
