About the role
- Serve as Global Digital Business Partner and Communication Lead.
- Work closely with ST Global Leadership Team, driving Digital strategy, value and experience for a $2.5 billion business.
- Partner with various business functions (Finance, Integrated Operations, R&D) to ensure Digital initiatives align with business goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative Digital solutions and services to support business growth and productivity.
- Lead change and communication management internally and across Qnity business functions to ensure effective awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant IT/Digital leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving IT/Digital strategy, solutions and change in a large, global, complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading Digital user experience related initiatives.
- Prior experience leading IT/Digital communications and change management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various business units and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
