Manage and organize execution of development and enhancement of customer-facing products including checkout experience and conversion rate optimization
Design and manage roadmap for payment products ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards
Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, data insights, market trends, and business objectives
Define and maintain a clear product roadmap with stakeholder buy-in
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experiences
Run product development lifecycle using SCRUM weekly/bi-weekly
Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and improve continuously
Advocate for the customer integrating their voice into product development
Partner with marketing and customer support to drive adoption and satisfaction
Validate new product ideas and conduct market/competitor analysis
Lead cross-functional teams from conception through launch and iterate based on feedback
Implement best practices in payment & checkout experience and safeguard transactions
Develop and refine metrics to measure payment products and acceptance performance
Collaborate with BI team to leverage data and analytics for improvement
Requirements
Proven track record of shipping successful digital products (web and/or mobile)
Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey mapping
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English
Entrepreneurial mindset
Deep understanding of android and iOS, app releases
Experience conducting A/B tests and user research
Preferred: Experience in food-tech or e-commerce
Preferred: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics
Preferred: Technical background or strong understanding of software development
