Design the recommendation experience to positively impact the overall user experience of Tinder, and make decisions considering the connectivity between features and long-term scalability.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills are a must.
3+ years of Product Manager experience in global B2C services or high-growth tech companies.
Experience in suggesting and executing ideas based on user-centric thinking and exceptional product sense.
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma and ability to design wireframes/ whiteboarding.
Experience leading the planning and launch of iOS, Android, and Web-based products.
Experience in data-driven decision-making through A/B test design and quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Ability to predict and proactively respond to risks that may arise early in the product lifecycle.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
