About the role
- Turn the CEO’s AI vision into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
- Drive execution of AI and automation initiatives company-wide.
- Act as the coordination hub for all AI-enabled projects.
- Solve complex product and operational problems with speed and structure.
- Scale the business by embedding AI into core processes.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership to define and deliver AI initiatives and OKRs.
- Own end-to-end execution of AI/tech projects — from planning to launch.
- Identify process gaps and implement AI/automation solutions that enable scale.
- Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools.
- Integrate AI systems seamlessly into existing company processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver measurable impact.
- Coordinate AI initiatives across multiple departments to maintain clarity and momentum.
- Facilitate discussions, decision forums, and workshops to move projects forward.
- Partner with department heads to surface blockers and drive solutions quickly.
- Take ownership of AI-related projects that don’t have a clear “home.”
- Lead pilot programs and new initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes to support long-term AI adoption.
Requirements
- ~5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in a high-growth environment.
- A proven track record of hands-on project delivery in tech/AI/digital systems.
- Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn vision into execution.
- Experience working closely with executive teams on high-stakes initiatives.
- Mature judgment and strong communication in complex or high-pressure situations.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, AI platforms, or founder-led companies.
