About the role
- Lead the strategic life cycle management of ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) & MM (Multiple Myeloma) products
- Drive sales growth in existing indications and capture opportunities through reimbursement expansion
- Develop and implement strategies to expand reimbursement coverage to improve patient access
- Champion cross-functional collaboration with medical, regulatory, market access, sales, and global/region teams
- Strategize and oversee creation of marketing materials and campaigns including digital and promotional messaging
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and strategic stakeholders
- Define and monitor robust brand KPIs and optimize performance across initiatives
- Direct resource planning and budget management to maximize marketing efficiency
- Ensure alignment with regional and global teams to integrate corporate goals with localized strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional team to maximize brand performance and patient access
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- At least 5 years in product/brand management (hematology/oncology strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and product lifecycle management
- Proven leadership and exceptional project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Advanced financial and analytical acumen
- Strategic and decisive mindset, capable of conducting effective scenario planning and making optimal decisions under uncertainty
