About the role

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team including QA specialists, iOS and Android developers, a Designer, and a Scrum Master
  • Work closely with clients, Product Owners, and Business Analysts throughout the project
  • Participate in the entire product development process from ideation to release
  • Take part in mobile product ideation and conceptual development using an iterative, user-centered design process
  • Formulate testing requirements into test plans and test cases; participate in product design discussions
  • Identify software problems, determine steps to reproduce them, and enter them into a problem-tracking database
  • Ensure final product meets high quality standards through manual testing and defect reporting

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in software testing (preferably mobile apps)
  • Good understanding of iOS and Android platforms
  • Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test documentation
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and defect tracking tools
  • Proactive mindset, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ownership of your work
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2 level)
  • Extra points: Basic knowledge of dev tools (terminal, ADB, Postman etc.)
  • Extra points: Hands-on experience with mobile QA tools
  • Extra points: Knowledge of Android Studio and/or XCode
  • Extra points: Experience in using error logs
  • Extra points: Knowledge of Charles Proxy, Proxyman etc.
