About the role
- We are seeking a high-level commercial operator to build our OEM and Embedded AI business from the ground up.
- You will identify, negotiate, and close complex "White-Label" and "Embedded" partnerships.
- You will align with innovators, forging strategic alliances with cutting-edge System Integrators and Developer Platforms.
- You will define the "Stripe for AI" strategy for Qdrant, working with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- OEM Mastery: You have specific experience selling "Embedded," "OEM," or "White-Label" technology.
- Technical Fluency: You can explain to a Product VP why they should embed Qdrant rather than building their own vector search on top of PostgreSQL or ElasticSearch.
- Commercial Creativity: You are comfortable structuring non-standard partnerships.
- Patience & Grit: You understand that OEM design-wins have long cycles but massive payoffs.
- Collaboration: You can work hand-in-glove with our Solutions Architects to prove technical feasibility during the "design-in" phase of a partnership.
