Senior Software Engineer – Platform and Reliability

• Own and standardize end-to-end HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee data management) across several countries
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each jurisdiction
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs for multiple jurisdictions (US, Germany, + several others)
• Maintain accurate monthly payroll data: working hours, deductions, bonuses, benefits, leave data, statutory requirements
• Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll consistency and identify/resolve discrepancies
• Build HR process infrastructure from scratch including workflows, templates, documentation, and data models

• Drive joint solution development and go-to-market activities, from concept to execution, ensuring partner success and satisfaction.

• Coordinate technical onboarding and integration for new partners, working closely with internal product and engineering teams.

• GTM System Enablement : Partner with GTM Operations to design and maintain data syncs from the warehouse into Salesforce, HubSpot, and other operational tools, supporting segmentation and automation.
