About the role
- We’re looking for a creative, driven individual with “grit” and a passion for helping build our GTM engine.
- The Enterprise Account Executive role focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy while building a territory, resulting in revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and expansion within world-class European enterprises.
- This is a big job. While we are a fully remote workforce, we are specifically seeking candidates based in London, Germany, or Spain.
- You will be the second hire in the region.
Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- A demonstrated ability to source pipeline and grow accounts while running a complex sales process from lead to close in the Enterprise and Strategic Commercial segments.
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- The ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Skilled in finding, building, and testing business champions.
- Driven and competitive, with a strong desire to be successful.
- Self-aware, intrinsically motivated individuals with a growth mindset.
- Passion for growing your career in the largest AI-Native market.
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, Command of the Message).
- Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open-source technology is a plus.
