  • Responsibilities: Input payment instructions (Fiat and Digital Assets) raised by the trading desk; verify payment amounts and counterparty wallet information with accuracy and diligence.
  • Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end payment process, including fund releases to counterparties, with strict adherence to internal controls and due diligence procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality client service support, escalating and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Support process enhancements, assist with automation efforts, and help streamline workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Support the team in identifying potential operational risks and ensuring controls are followed.
  • Support the Team Lead in carrying out their responsibilities and assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in a Middle Office, Client Services, or Cash Settlements role within financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; equivalent banking industry experience will also be considered.
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Shift Schedule: Shift 1: Morning (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM SGT); Shift 2: Evening (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SGT); Shift 3: Night (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM SGT).
