About the role
- Be one of the main technical contacts in the support team, assisting clients and coordinating with engineering when needed
- Manage the technical helpdesk for our clients across multiple regions
- Communicate and educate clients on new and existing features through our helpdesk portal
- Upload master data (drivers, vehicles, customers) into Qargo
- Adapt PDF and email templates to match client requirements
- Set up Excel/CSV imports and configure mappings to ensure data accuracy
- Support clients with intermodal connections, order import mapping, pallet network configuration, and rate card error analysis
Requirements
- Strong analytical/technical aptitude and confidence navigating software systems
- Solid understanding of transportation concepts
- Advanced Excel skills; scripting/programming knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills
- Attention to detail and precision in handling administrative tasks
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving startup
