About the role

  • Be one of the main technical contacts in the support team, assisting clients and coordinating with engineering when needed
  • Manage the technical helpdesk for our clients across multiple regions
  • Communicate and educate clients on new and existing features through our helpdesk portal
  • Upload master data (drivers, vehicles, customers) into Qargo
  • Adapt PDF and email templates to match client requirements
  • Set up Excel/CSV imports and configure mappings to ensure data accuracy
  • Support clients with intermodal connections, order import mapping, pallet network configuration, and rate card error analysis

Requirements

  • Strong analytical/technical aptitude and confidence navigating software systems
  • Solid understanding of transportation concepts
  • Advanced Excel skills; scripting/programming knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills
  • Attention to detail and precision in handling administrative tasks
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving startup
