About the role

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers.
  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Conduct first interviews with a strong focus on motivation, potential, and culture fit.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as helping create and promote job content, careers pages, and social media posts.
  • Support the preparation and presence at job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment, helping represent Qargo as an employer and engaging with potential candidates.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internships count).
  • Strong interest in tech, SaaS, or working in a scale-up environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a strong plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, you take initiative and enjoy growing your skills.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • A true team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
  • Motivated to deliver quality, not just speed.
